Less than one percent of people who visit the Grand Canyon actually hike below the canyon rim. These men hiked 19 hours from the North Rim in a wet snow across the canyon to the South Rin with sunny skies! The hike through the night with a full moon was a great trade off to the extreme heat during the day. During the 28 mile adventure participants experienced plenty of plant and wildlife. Devotional time around the campsite was from Ephesians 1 emphasizing “Who we are in Christ” followed by “Our part in God’s mission” from Ephesians 2.
